All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We know you want your items as soon as possible, so we will do our absolute best to get them to you within this timeframe. Sometimes, there are issues out of our control, so please contact us if you have any concerns:


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer £2.99 across the United Kingdom. Orders over £70.00 will receive complimentary free shipping.

Outside of the UK: We charge £4.00 due to the increased shipping costs. Orders outside of the UK are ineligible for free shipping over £70.00.

Click & Collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free Click & Collect. After placing your order and selecting Click & Collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day (excluding public holidays and Sundays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Click and Collect is free of charge for items ordered online. After leaving your cart with the Click & Collect option selected, you will be able to choose a pick-up date on the next page.

It is your responsibility to collect in-store at the following address. Payment can then be made with a credit card or cash on arrival.

If you wish to return an item purchased with Click & Collect, it is your responsibility to return the item either via post or to the store itself within 14 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
